Comparison review
The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is way better than Samsung Galaxy A14 5G, with a 98.9 score against 73.4. Even though Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is noticeably older and a bit heavier than Samsung Galaxy A14 5G, it's body is still somewhat thinner. Both of these devices use the same Android 13 OS, so both of them should give you the same operating system features.
The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a very superior processor than Samsung Galaxy A14 5G, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a more vivid screen than Galaxy A14 5G, because it has a higher resolution of 1440 x 3088 pixels, a quite better screen density and a little larger screen.
The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a way better camera than Samsung Galaxy A14 5G, and although they both have a same size diafragm aperture, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has a camera with a way better resolution.
