The Galaxy S5 is better than Samsung Galaxy A14 5G, having a score of 80.8 against 73.4. Both phones in this review work with Android OS, but the Galaxy S5 has a newer 4.4.2 version while Samsung Galaxy A14 5G has Android 13 version, so it gives you some nice extra features and performance tweaks. Galaxy S5 is an extremely older phone than the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G, but it is somewhat thinner and notably lighter anyway.
The Samsung Galaxy S5 has a way better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy A14 5G, because although it has a way smaller display and a bit worse resolution of 1920 x 1080px, it also counts with a greater pixel quantity per display inch. Samsung Galaxy A14 5G counts with a much bigger memory to install games and applications than Galaxy S5, because it has a SD extension slot that admits a maximum of 1 TB and 64 GB internal memory capacity.
Samsung Galaxy S5 features a much powerful CPU than Galaxy A14 5G, because although it has 4 less cores and 1 GB less RAM memory, it also counts with an extra GPU. Galaxy A14 5G has a superior battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S5, because it has a 79 percent more battery capacity. Samsung Galaxy S5 captures a bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy A14 5G, although it has a much lower 16 mega pixels resolution camera and a smaller aperture which is not recommended for low-light images and video.
