Sony Xperia Z3 is a little bit better than Galaxy A14 5G, with a 77.3 score against 73.4. Although the Sony Xperia Z3 is incredibly older than the Galaxy A14 5G, it's design is just a bit thinner and lighter. The Xperia Z3 counts with a much better performing CPU than Galaxy A14 5G, because although it has an inferior number of cores and a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with a graphics processing unit. Galaxy A14 5G counts with a very superior battery life than Xperia Z3, because it has a 56% greater battery size.
Sony Xperia Z3 shoots clearer videos and photos than Galaxy A14 5G, although it has a back-facing camera with a lot lower resolution and a smaller aperture which is not recommended for low light captures and videos.
