Both devices in this review have Android operating system, but the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro has newer 9.0 Pie version and Galaxy A14 5G has Android 13 version, so it provides the user some additional features and improved performance.
The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro counts with a better display than Galaxy A14 5G, because although it has a bit smaller display and a little bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2340, it also counts with a bit greater count of pixels in each inch of screen. Galaxy A14 5G counts with a much greater storage capacity for apps and games than Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that supports up to 1 TB.
The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro has a lot better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy A14 5G, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro features a way better camera than Galaxy A14 5G, although it has a camera in the back with a lower 48 mega pixels resolution, they both have a F1.8 aperture.
