Huawei Mate 9 Pro is a little bit better than the Galaxy A15 5G, having a general score of 78.7 against 77.4. Huawei Mate 9 Pro is an extremely older cellphone than Galaxy A15 5G, but it's a little bit thinner and lighter anyway. Both of these devices come with Android operating system, but Huawei Mate 9 Pro has a more recent 8.0 Oreo version while Galaxy A15 5G has Android 14 version, so it gives a couple additional features and enhanced performance.
The Huawei Mate 9 Pro counts with a very superior hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy A15 5G, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Huawei Mate 9 Pro also has a higher amount of RAM memory. The Huawei Mate 9 Pro features a little sharper display than Galaxy A15 5G, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and a better pixel density.
The Galaxy A15 5G features a much bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Galaxy A15 5G also has a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 1000 GB. The Galaxy A15 5G captures a bit better pictures and videos than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video definition and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Galaxy A15 5G also has a back-facing camera with a lot higher 50 mega-pixels resolution and a bigger aperture.
The Galaxy A15 5G has longer battery lifetime than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.
Although Huawei Mate 9 Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Samsung Galaxy A15 5G, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Samsung Galaxy A15 5G. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get Samsung Galaxy A15 5G, giving up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your budget.
