Comparison review
The Galaxy A42 has a score of 87, which is much better than Galaxy A15 5G's score of 77.4. Despite of the fact the Galaxy A42 is notably older and just a bit thicker than Galaxy A15 5G, it's design is still just a bit lighter. Both phones we compare here use Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy A42 has the older 11 version and Galaxy A15 5G has Android 14.
Samsung Galaxy A42 has a much better hardware performance than Galaxy A15 5G. Both of them have a Octa-Core CPU and a 4 GB RAM. Galaxy A15 5G features a sharper display than Galaxy A42, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a way higher resolution of 1080 x 2340px and a greater screen density.
Samsung Galaxy A42 takes just a bit better photographs and videos than Galaxy A15 5G, because although it has a lesser mega pixels back facing camera, and they both have a same size camera aperture, the Samsung Galaxy A42 also counts with a much better video quality. The Galaxy A42's storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos is just as good as Galaxy A15 5G's one, both of them have a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 1000 GB and exactly the same 128 GB internal storage.
