The Galaxy S7 edge is a little bit better than Galaxy A15 5G, with a overall score of 78.1 against 77.4. Both of these devices work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy S7 edge has a more recent 8.0 Oreo version while Galaxy A15 5G has Android 14 version, so it gives some additional features. The Galaxy S7 edge is an noticeably older phone than Galaxy A15 5G, but Samsung made it a little thinner and much lighter anyway.

The Galaxy S7 edge counts with a really superior performance than Galaxy A15 5G, although it has less CPU cores (but faster), they both have 4 GB of RAM. The Galaxy A15 5G and the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge feature really similar screens, because although the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a better screen pixel density and a better 1440 x 2560 resolution.

Galaxy A15 5G has a much greater memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy S7 edge, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity and an external SD slot that supports a maximum of 1000 GB. Galaxy A15 5G has a little bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not recommended for low-light images, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same (Full HD) video resolution, the Galaxy A15 5G also counts with a way higher 50 MP resolution back camera.

The Samsung Galaxy A15 5G counts with a way better battery lifetime than Galaxy S7 edge, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity instead of 3600mAh.

Although Galaxy S7 edge is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Galaxy A15 5G, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy A15 5G. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Galaxy S7 edge, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy A15 5G, giving up some features and specs.
