Xperia 1 III has a general score of 93.3, which is much better than the Samsung Galaxy A15 5G's 77.4 score. The Xperia 1 III body is just a little bit lighter and a little bit thinner than the Samsung Galaxy A15 5G, despite of the fact that it was released 3 years before. Both phones in this comparison review work with Android operating system, but Xperia 1 III has an older 11 version while Samsung Galaxy A15 5G has Android 14 version.

Sony Xperia 1 III counts with just a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy A15 5G, because although it has a much lower resolution back camera, it also counts with a lot higher video quality and a bigger camera aperture for better photography in low-light situations.
