The Galaxy M30 is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy A16 5G, getting a score of 82.4 against 76.2. The Galaxy M30 body is a little bit thicker but lighter than the Samsung Galaxy A16 5G. Both phones in this review have Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy M30 has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Samsung Galaxy A16 5G has Android 14.
Galaxy A16 5G has a little bit better display than Galaxy M30, because although it has a quite lower pixels density, it also counts with a bit larger screen and a little bit higher 1080 x 2340 resolution. Samsung Galaxy M30 features a much better performing processing unit than Samsung Galaxy A16 5G, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy M30 also has more RAM.
The Galaxy A16 5G counts with a little bit better camera than Galaxy M30, because it has a bigger diafragm aperture to capture better low light photos and a camera in the back with a lot better 50 mega-pixels resolution. Galaxy A16 5G counts with a bit more storage to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy M30, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Galaxy A16 5G also has a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 1000 GB.
Galaxy M30 has a battery lifetime that's very similar to the battery life in Galaxy A16 5G.
