Comparison review
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a global score of 81.1, which is a bit better than Galaxy A16 5G's score of 76.2. These phones use Android operating system, but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has the older 10 version and Galaxy A16 5G has Android 14 version. Despite being the best in our current comparison, Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro's design is somewhat thicker and a bit heavier than the Galaxy A16 5G.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro counts with a much faster CPU than Galaxy A16 5G, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also has a larger amount of RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy A16 5G has a bit sharper display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, although it has a just a bit less pixels per inch in the screen and a quite lower 1080 x 2340 resolution, they both have a screen of the same size.
Samsung Galaxy A16 5G counts with a much better storage for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because it has 128 GB internal memory and a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 1000 GB. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro and Galaxy A16 5G have really similar batteries, although the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also has 5020mAh of battery capacity instead of 5000mAh.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Galaxy A16 5G, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not good for shooting photographs and video in poorly lited situations, it also counts with a much higher resolution camera in the back.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro costs more money than Galaxy A16 5G, but it's still a great deal, because you can get a lot more for that extra money.
