Huawei Mate 9 Pro has a general score of 78.7, which is a little bit better than Galaxy A16 (Rumored)'s 72.7 general score. Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei Mate 9 Pro has newer 8.0 Oreo version while Galaxy A16 (Rumored) has Android 14 version. Huawei Mate 9 Pro's design is somewhat lighter and just a bit thinner than the Galaxy A16 (Rumored).
Huawei Mate 9 Pro counts with an extremely better processing unit than Samsung Galaxy A16 (Rumored), and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Huawei Mate 9 Pro also has 2 GB more RAM. The Huawei Mate 9 Pro has a bit better screen than Galaxy A16 (Rumored), because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a greater screen density and a higher 1440 x 2560 resolution.
Samsung Galaxy A16 (Rumored) counts with much more storage for apps and games than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy A16 (Rumored) also has a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 1000 GB. The Huawei Mate 9 Pro features a bit better camera than Galaxy A16 (Rumored), although it has a lot lower 12 mega-pixels resolution camera in the back and a tinier camera aperture which is not good for low-light images and video.

So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Huawei Mate 9 Pro, else you can save some dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy A16 (Rumored), giving up a couple features and specifications.
