Google Pixel 3a has a general score of 78.8, which is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy A20's general score of 74.7. These phones use the same Android 11 OS, so you shouldn't notice any difference in that aspect. Even though the Google Pixel 3a and the Samsung Galaxy A20 were released with only 1 months difference, the Google Pixel 3a body is just a little bit thicker but somewhat lighter.
The Google Pixel 3a features a little bit better processing power than Galaxy A20, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Google Pixel 3a also has a greater amount of RAM. Google Pixel 3a features a more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy A20, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a lot higher resolution of 1080 x 2220 and a way better pixels density.
