Comparison review
Huawei Mate 20 has a general score of 79.5, which is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy A20's general score of 74.7. Despite being the best in our current comparison, the Huawei Mate 20 is a somewhat heavier and a little bit thicker phone than the Samsung Galaxy A20. Both of these devices use Android operating system, but the Huawei Mate 20 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and Samsung Galaxy A20 has Android 11.
Huawei Mate 20 has a way better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy A20, because it has a bit larger screen, more pixels per inch of screen and a way better resolution of 1080 x 2244. Huawei Mate 20 has a slightly better memory for games and applications than Galaxy A20, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity.
Huawei Mate 20 features a bit faster processing unit than Galaxy A20, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei Mate 20 also has a higher amount of RAM memory. Huawei Mate 20 and Samsung Galaxy A20 feature quite similar batteries. The Huawei Mate 20 counts with a superior camera than Galaxy A20, because although it has a lower 12 mega-pixels resolution back facing camera, it also counts with a lot higher (4K) video resolution, a larger diafragm aperture to capture better images in low-light situations and a way larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
Although Huawei Mate 20 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy A20, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy A20. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Huawei Mate 20, else you can save some money and get the Galaxy A20, giving up some specs and features.
