The Huawei Mate Xs has a general score of 91.6, which is much better than Galaxy A20's 74.7 global score. Although the Huawei Mate Xs is newer than Galaxy A20, it's heavier and thicker. The Huawei Mate Xs features a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy A20, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei Mate Xs also has a higher amount of RAM.
