Nubia Red Magic 3S is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy A20, getting a overall score of 75.8 against 74.7. The nubia Red Magic 3S is better than the Samsung Galaxy A20, we must note that it is also somewhat thicker and heavier. Both devices in this review come with Android operating system, but the nubia Red Magic 3S has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and Samsung Galaxy A20 has Android 11.
The nubia Red Magic 3S counts with a better screen than Samsung Galaxy A20, because it has a lot higher 1080 x 2340px resolution, a little bigger display and a higher pixel density. Nubia Red Magic 3S features a much greater memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy A20, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage capacity.
The nubia Red Magic 3S has a faster processing unit than Galaxy A20, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the nubia Red Magic 3S also has more RAM. Nubia Red Magic 3S features improved battery lifetime than Galaxy A20, because it has a 25% larger battery size. The nubia Red Magic 3S shoots way better videos and photos than Galaxy A20, because it has a bigger aperture, a way bigger sensor shooting much better quality photos and videos, a much higher resolution back facing camera and a way higher 7680x4320 video resolution.
Although nubia Red Magic 3S is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Samsung Galaxy A20, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Samsung Galaxy A20. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get Samsung Galaxy A20, giving up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most with your money.
