The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has an overall score of 98.1, which is much better than the Galaxy A20's overall score of 74.7. The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is a newer cellphone than the Galaxy A20, but it is thicker and heavier. These devices have the same Android 11 OS (Operating System). The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has a bit superior processor than Galaxy A20, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra also has more RAM memory.
Galaxy S21 Ultra has a much better looking display than Galaxy A20, because it has a bit bigger display, a way better pixels quantity per inch in the display and a much higher 1440 x 3200px resolution. The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra takes greater pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy A20, because it has a larger aperture for better low light photography and video, a much larger camera sensor taking way higher quality videos and photographs, a camera in the back with a way higher resolution and a lot higher 7680x4320 video quality.
Galaxy S21 Ultra has a bit bigger memory capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy A20, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory. The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has improved battery performance than Galaxy A20, because it has a 25% bigger battery size.
Although Galaxy S21 Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy A20, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy A20. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy S21 Ultra, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Galaxy A20, letting go a couple specifications.
