Comparison review
Xperia Z5 Premium has a score of 79.8, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy A20's 74.7 overall score. Xperia Z5 Premium is a a little bit heavier phone than Galaxy A20, but both are 0.31inches thick. These phones have Android OS (Operating System), but Xperia Z5 Premium has 5.1 version while Galaxy A20 has Android 11 version.
The Xperia Z5 Premium features a much better screen than Galaxy A20, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot better 3840 x 2160px resolution and a lot better pixels count per screen inch. Xperia Z5 Premium counts with a bit faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy A20, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit and 3 GB of RAM, the Xperia Z5 Premium also has an extra graphics processing unit.
Galaxy A20 has a greater memory for games and applications than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal memory, the Galaxy A20 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 512 GB. The Xperia Z5 Premium shoots much better videos and photos than Galaxy A20, because it has a way higher (4K) video quality, a much bigger sensor taking much higher quality videos and photos, a camera with a much better 23 mega pixels resolution and a bigger aperture to take better images in low light situations.
Samsung Galaxy A20 counts with a bit longer battery lifetime than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3430mAh.
Although Sony Xperia Z5 Premium is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Galaxy A20, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy A20. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get the Galaxy A20, giving up some specs and features, but you will get the most with your money.
