The Xiaomi 14 Ultra has an overall score of 84.4, which is much better than the Samsung Galaxy A20's 74.7 global score. Although Xiaomi 14 Ultra is newer than Samsung Galaxy A20, it's thicker and a lot heavier. Both devices in this comparison review come with Android operating system, but the Xiaomi 14 Ultra has a newer 14 version while Samsung Galaxy A20 has Android 11, so it provides you a lot of extra features.
The Galaxy A20 has a very superior CPU than Xiaomi 14 Ultra, although it has lesser RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. Xiaomi 14 Ultra counts with a way better screen than Samsung Galaxy A20, because it has a lot greater display density, a lot better resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels and a bit larger display.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra features a superior memory capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy A20, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 224 GB more internal memory capacity. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra takes way better pictures and videos than Galaxy A20, because it has a bigger back camera sensor, a lot better 7680x4320 video definition, a bigger diafragm aperture to take better low light captures and video and a lot higher 50 MP resolution back-facing camera.
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra has longer battery lifetime than Galaxy A20, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.
