The Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has an overall score of 78.1, which is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy A20's 74.7 general score. Both phones in this review use Android OS, but Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has a newer 6.0 Marshmallow version while Samsung Galaxy A20 has Android 11. Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus's body has the same thickness than the Samsung Galaxy A20, but it is a little bit lighter.
The Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus features a bit superior processing unit than Samsung Galaxy A20, because although it has lesser cpu cores , it also counts with 3 GB more RAM memory. The Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has a sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy A20, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and a better pixels density.
The Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus captures just a bit better photographs and videos than Galaxy A20, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not nice for capturing images and/or video in poorly lited situations, and they both have a same resolution back facing camera, the Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus also counts with a way higher video resolution and a larger back camera sensor.
Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus counts with slightly more memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy A20, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory. The Galaxy A20 has just a little bit longer battery performance than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
