Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 has a global score of 77.5, which is a bit better than Galaxy A20's score of 74.7. Xiaomi Mi Max 2's design is a bit thinner than the Galaxy A20, but it is somewhat heavier and was released a little bit over a year before. The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 has a little bit better looking screen than Galaxy A20, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Xiaomi Mi Max 2 also has a higher resolution of 1080 x 1920 and a better pixels density.
Xiaomi Mi Max 2 features a much better memory capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy A20, because although it has a SD card slot that allows up to 128 GB against 512 GB, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. Xiaomi Mi Max 2 has a bit superior processor than Samsung Galaxy A20, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Xiaomi Mi Max 2 also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 features better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy A20, because it has a 33 percent more battery size. The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 counts with just a bit better camera than Galaxy A20, because although it has a less mega-pixels back facing camera and a smaller aperture which is not so good for capturing photos and video in low light environments, it also counts with a bigger back camera sensor and a much better (4K) video definition.
Although Xiaomi Mi Max 2 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Samsung Galaxy A20, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Samsung Galaxy A20. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Xiaomi Mi Max 2, else you can save some dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy A20, giving up a couple specifications.
