The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro is much better than Samsung Galaxy A20, having an 82.4 score against 74.7. These phones use the same Android 11 OS (Operating System), so they should provide the user identical OS features. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro is a newer cellphone than the Samsung Galaxy A20, although it is just a bit thicker and heavier.
