The Samsung Galaxy Note8 has a global score of 83, which is a bit better than the Galaxy A20s's 77 score. Even being the best phone we are comparing, it must be noted that it's also noticeably older, a little thicker and a bit heavier. Both devices in our current comparison include Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Note8 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy A20s has Android 11, so it provides you a couple nice extra features.

The Galaxy Note8 counts with just a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy A20s, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Galaxy Note8 also has more RAM memory. The Samsung Galaxy Note8 counts with a way better display than Samsung Galaxy A20s, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much higher 1440 x 2960px resolution and a much better quantity of pixels per inch in the screen.

Galaxy Note8 counts with just a bit better camera than Galaxy A20s, because although it has a lesser megapixels camera in the back, it also counts with a lot bigger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, a bigger aperture for better captures and videos in low light environments and a much higher 3840x2160 (4K) video quality.

Samsung Galaxy A20s counts with just a bit more storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note8, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy A20s also has a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 512 GB.

Samsung Galaxy A20s has improved battery performance than Galaxy Note8, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
