The Galaxy S20 FE has a general score of 90.8, which is better than Galaxy A20s's 77 overall score. The Galaxy S20 FE construction is newer, but just a little thicker and just a little heavier than Galaxy A20s. These phones come with the same Android 11 OS, so you shouldn't perceive any difference regarding that.
Galaxy S20 FE has a sharper screen than Galaxy A20s, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Galaxy S20 FE also has a much greater pixel density and a much higher resolution of 1080 x 2400px. The Galaxy S20 FE features a much greater storage capacity for apps and games than Galaxy A20s, because it has 64 GB more internal storage and an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 1000 GB.
