Comparison review
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a score of 98, which is a lot better than the Galaxy A20s's 77 score. Despite being the best cellphone in this comparison, Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's construction is somewhat heavier and thicker than Galaxy A20s. Both of these devices use Android operating system, but Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a more recent 13 version and Galaxy A20s has Android 11.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy A20s, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has 8 GB more RAM memory. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a much sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy A20s, because it has a lot more pixels per screen inch, a bit bigger screen and a way higher resolution of 1440 x 3200.
