Galaxy S21 Ultra is a lot better than the Galaxy A20s, getting a overall score of 98.1 against 77. The Galaxy S21 Ultra body is newer, but somewhat heavier and thicker than Galaxy A20s. Both of these devices come with the same Android 11 OS (Operating System). The Galaxy S21 Ultra has a bit faster processing unit than Galaxy A20s, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy S21 Ultra also has 8 GB more RAM.
The Galaxy S21 Ultra has a way better looking screen than Galaxy A20s, because it has a lot better 1440 x 3200px resolution, a little bigger screen and a much greater pixel amount per screen inch. The Galaxy S21 Ultra shoots a lot better videos and photos than Galaxy A20s, and although they both have a same size aperture, the Galaxy S21 Ultra also has a much better video resolution, a way larger sensor shooting lot better quality videos and photographs and a much more mega-pixels back camera.
Samsung Galaxy A20s features a better memory capacity for apps and games than Galaxy S21 Ultra, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB. Galaxy S21 Ultra counts with superior battery lifetime than Galaxy A20s, because it has a 25% bigger battery size.
