The Galaxy S22 is way better than Samsung Galaxy A20s, getting a overall score of 93.4 against 77. The Galaxy S22 body is noticeably newer, just a bit thinner and just a little bit lighter than the Samsung Galaxy A20s. Both of these devices use Android OS, but Galaxy S22 has a newer 13 version and Samsung Galaxy A20s has Android 11 version, so it gives a couple nice extra features and better performance.
The Galaxy S22 counts with an incredibly better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy A20s, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a lot better pixel quantity per screen inch and a way better 1080 x 2340 resolution. The Samsung Galaxy A20s has a greater memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S22, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external memory card slot that holds up to 512 GB.
The Galaxy S22 features just a little better processing power than Galaxy A20s, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy S22 also has a higher amount of RAM. Galaxy S22 has a lot better camera than Galaxy A20s, and although they both have the same camera aperture, the Galaxy S22 also has a much more megapixels back facing camera, a way larger sensor capturing way better quality videos and photographs and a way higher 7680x4320 video definition.
Galaxy A20s has just a little bit longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S22, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.
