Galaxy S25 Ultra has an overall score of 90.7, which is much better than Galaxy A20s's global score of 77. These phones use Android operating system, but the Galaxy S25 Ultra has newer 14 version and Galaxy A20s has Android 11. Galaxy S25 Ultra's construction is noticeably thinner and much lighter than the Galaxy A20s.
The Galaxy A20s features a very superior processing power than Galaxy S25 Ultra, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. Galaxy S25 Ultra counts with a much sharper display than Galaxy A20s, because it has a bit larger screen, a lot higher 1440 x 3088px resolution and a lot greater screen density.
Galaxy S25 Ultra takes way better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy A20s, because it has a way larger back camera sensor providing a lot higher image quality, a larger aperture for better photos in low light situations, a lot better video quality and a back camera with much more MP. The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has a quite bigger storage for applications and games than Galaxy A20s, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with more internal storage.
