Galaxy Z Fold 2 has a general score of 94.6, which is a lot better than the Samsung Galaxy A20s's score of 77. Both of these devices have the same Android 11 OS (Operating System), so both should give you very similar OS features. The Galaxy Z Fold 2 is a newer and thinner phone than Samsung Galaxy A20s, although it's notably heavier.
