Xperia 1 is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy A20s, having a score of 82.6 against 77. Xperia 1's construction is just a little lighter but just a little bit thicker than Samsung Galaxy A20s, and they were released only 4 months apart. The Sony Xperia 1 has a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy A20s, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Sony Xperia 1 also has 2 GB more RAM.
Sony Xperia 1 has a lot better looking display than Galaxy A20s, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Sony Xperia 1 also has a lot higher resolution of 1644 x 3840 and a lot greater amount of pixels per screen inch. The Xperia 1 features a lot bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Galaxy A20s, and although they both have a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 512 GB, the Xperia 1 also has more internal memory capacity.
