Xperia 1 III has an overall score of 93.3, which is way better than the Galaxy A20s's score of 77. Both of these phones have the same Android 11 operating system, so you shouldn't see any differences in that aspect. Xperia 1 III's construction is newer than Galaxy A20s's, although it's a bit thicker and a little heavier.
