Xperia 5 III is much better than the Samsung Galaxy A20s, having a global score of 90.5 against 77. These devices come with the same Android 11 operating system, so you shouldn't notice any difference regarding that. Xperia 5 III is a newer and a little bit lighter cellphone than the Samsung Galaxy A20s, but it is also just a little thicker.
