The Xperia Z3 has a much sharper display than Galaxy A20s, because although it has a really smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a lot greater pixels amount per inch in the screen.
The Sony Xperia Z3 shoots better pictures and videos than Galaxy A20s, because although it has a smaller aperture, it also counts with a back camera with a much better resolution, a much larger sensor shooting much higher quality videos and photos and a much better 3840x2160 video quality. Galaxy A20s counts with much more memory capacity to store more games and applications than Xperia Z3, because it has 32 GB more internal storage capacity and an external memory slot that admits up to 512 GB.
The Galaxy A20s features superior battery life than Sony Xperia Z3, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.
