Xiaomi 12 is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy A20s, with a 78.8 score against 77. Xiaomi 12's design is extremely newer and a little bit lighter than the Samsung Galaxy A20s's, although it's also just a bit thicker. Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi 12 has 12 version and Samsung Galaxy A20s has Android 11 version, providing you lots of additional features.
The Samsung Galaxy A20s has a lot better performance than Xiaomi 12, although it has 4 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have 8 processing cores.
