Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy A20s is a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, getting a overall score of 77 against 76.6. Both phones in this review include Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy A20s has newer 11 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has Android 10 version, so it provides the user a lot of extra features. Although the Samsung Galaxy A20s and the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 were released with only a couple months difference, the Samsung Galaxy A20s is thinner and a bit lighter.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 features a much better screen than Galaxy A20s, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also has a better pixels density and a way better resolution of 1080 x 2340px. The Galaxy A20s features a greater storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Galaxy A20s also has an external memory card slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 counts with just a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy A20s, although it has 1 GB less RAM memory, they both have 8 cpu cores. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 takes greater pictures and videos than Galaxy A20s, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution, a same size aperture and the same video frame rates, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also has a lot bigger back camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a much more MP camera.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 features greater battery life than Galaxy A20s, because it has 5020mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.
