HTC U Ultra has a score of 77, which is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy A21's global score of 76.1. HTC U Ultra is an a lot older device than the Samsung Galaxy A21, but it is just a bit thinner and somewhat lighter anyway. HTC U Ultra features a sharper screen than Galaxy A21, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a lot more pixels per inch in the display and a lot better 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution.
The Galaxy A21 counts with a bit better hardware performance than HTC U Ultra, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with a higher number of cores (and also faster). The HTC U Ultra counts with a superior storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy A21, because it has a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 1,95 TB and 32 GB more internal storage capacity.
The Galaxy A21 has better battery performance than HTC U Ultra, because it has a 33% bigger battery capacity. HTC U Ultra features a little bit better camera than Galaxy A21, because although it has a back facing camera with a lot worse resolution, and they both have a F1.8 camera aperture, the HTC U Ultra also counts with a way better 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a much larger sensor capturing much higher quality photographs and videos.
Although HTC U Ultra is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Galaxy A21, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy A21. If you want to save some money, you can buy Galaxy A21, and give up a few specs and features, but you will get the most with your money.
