Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 9 Pro has an overall score of 78.7, which is a little bit better than the Galaxy A21's 76.1 general score. Both devices in this review have Android OS, but Huawei Mate 9 Pro has the newer 8.0 Oreo version while Galaxy A21 has Android 10 version, so it provides you some extra features and performance tweaks. The Huawei Mate 9 Pro is an extremely older cellphone than Galaxy A21, but Huawei could make it somewhat lighter and a bit thinner anyway.
Huawei Mate 9 Pro counts with a bit better processing power than Galaxy A21, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Huawei Mate 9 Pro also has 3 GB more RAM. Huawei Mate 9 Pro has a better looking screen than Galaxy A21, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much better quantity of pixels per inch of screen and a way better resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels.
The Huawei Mate 9 Pro counts with just a bit more memory to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy A21, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory. Huawei Mate 9 Pro features a battery performance that is just as good as the Galaxy A21 one. Huawei Mate 9 Pro has a bit better camera than Galaxy A21, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not nice for shooting images in poorly lited environments and a back facing camera with way less MP resolution, it also counts with a way better video definition and a larger back-facing camera sensor which gives a higher image and video quality.
Although Huawei Mate 9 Pro is a better device, it is way more expensive than Samsung Galaxy A21, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Samsung Galaxy A21. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Huawei Mate 9 Pro, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Samsung Galaxy A21, giving up some features and specifications.
