Comparison review
The Huawei P20 Pro has an overall score of 81.4, which is a bit better than the Galaxy A21's score of 76.1. Even though Huawei P20 Pro is incredibly older than Galaxy A21, it's construction is a little bit thinner and a bit lighter. Both devices in this comparison have the same Android 10 OS, so you shouldn't see any differences in that aspect.
Huawei P20 Pro features a sharper display than Galaxy A21, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with much more pixels per inch of display and a lot higher 1080 x 2240 resolution. The Huawei P20 Pro has a slightly bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy A21, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.
Huawei P20 Pro features a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy A21, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei P20 Pro also has a larger amount of RAM. Huawei P20 Pro takes way better videos and photos than Galaxy A21, and although they both have a same size aperture, the Huawei P20 Pro also has a lot better (4K) video resolution, a way larger sensor providing a way better image quality and a back-facing camera with lot more megapixels.

Although Huawei P20 Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Galaxy A21, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy A21. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy the Galaxy A21, and give up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most with your savings.
