The Huawei P30 has a score of 81.7, which is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy A21's general score of 76.1. These phones come with the same Android 10 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't perceive any difference regarding OS features. Huawei P30 is an older cellphone than Samsung Galaxy A21, but Huawei made it just a little bit thinner and somewhat lighter anyway.
The Huawei P30 counts with a bit superior processor than Samsung Galaxy A21, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Huawei P30 also has more RAM memory. The Huawei P30 features a much better looking screen than Galaxy A21, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with way more pixels per inch in the display and a lot better 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution.
The Huawei P30 counts with a bit more memory for applications and games than Galaxy A21, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. Huawei P30 counts with a very superior camera than Samsung Galaxy A21, and although they both have a F1.8 diafragm aperture, the Huawei P30 also has a much higher 3840x2160 video definition, a back camera with a lot better 40 MP resolution and a much larger back camera sensor.

So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Huawei P30, otherwise you can save some money and buy the Galaxy A21, letting go some specifications.
