The Microsoft Surface Duo features a much better display than Galaxy A21, because it has a lot better resolution of 1800 x 2700px, a bigger display and a better pixel quantity in each inch in the screen.
Microsoft Surface Duo features a little bit more storage to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy A21, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with more internal memory. The Galaxy A21 has a bit superior battery life than Microsoft Surface Duo, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy A21 counts with a little bit better camera than Microsoft Surface Duo, because although it has lower video frame rates, and they both have the same video resolution, the Samsung Galaxy A21 also counts with a camera with much more mega pixels and a bigger camera aperture.
Although Microsoft Surface Duo is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Samsung Galaxy A21, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Samsung Galaxy A21.
