The Moto G9 Play is slightly better than the Galaxy A21, getting a overall score of 76.7 against 76.1. Although Moto G9 Play is better than the Galaxy A21, we must highlight that it's also a a little bit heavier and thicker device. Both phones in this review use the same Android 10 OS (Operating System).
The Samsung Galaxy A21 features a bit better hardware performance than Moto G9 Play, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. Galaxy A21 counts with a slightly better screen than Moto G9 Play. Both of them have the same quantity of pixels in each inch of screen, an equal 720 x 1600px resolution and a display with the same size.
The Motorola Moto G9 Play captures much clearer photos and videos than Galaxy A21, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition, the Motorola Moto G9 Play also has higher video frame rate, a larger diafragm aperture, a much more megapixels back-facing camera and a much larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
The Moto G9 Play features a better memory capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy A21, and although they both have a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB, the Moto G9 Play also has 32 GB more internal storage capacity. The Motorola Moto G9 Play counts with better battery life than Galaxy A21, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
