Galaxy A71 5G UW has an overall score of 92.9, which is way better than the Samsung Galaxy A21's global score of 76.1. Both of these phones work with the same Android 10 operating system, so you shouldn't notice any difference in that aspect. Even though Galaxy A71 5G UW and the Samsung Galaxy A21 were released only a couple months apart, Galaxy A71 5G UW's body is a little bit thicker but also just a little bit lighter than the Samsung Galaxy A21.
The Samsung Galaxy A71 5G UW counts with a bit faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy A21, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy A71 5G UW also has a greater amount of RAM memory. The Galaxy A71 5G UW features a brighter screen than Galaxy A21, because it has a better pixel density, a little larger display and a way better resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels.
The Samsung Galaxy A71 5G UW features a way bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy A21, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that allows up to 1000 GB and more internal memory capacity. Galaxy A71 5G UW has a lot better camera than Samsung Galaxy A21, and although they both have the same camera aperture, the Galaxy A71 5G UW also has a much higher 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, a camera in the back with a much better 64 mega-pixels resolution and a lot larger sensor providing a lot better image quality.

So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy A71 5G UW, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Samsung Galaxy A21, giving up some specifications.
