The Samsung Galaxy Note8 is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy A21, having an 83 score against 76.1. Samsung Galaxy Note8 is better than Samsung Galaxy A21, we must note that it's also a notably older, a little thicker and a little bit heavier device. These devices come with Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Note8 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and Samsung Galaxy A21 has Android 10.
The Galaxy Note8 counts with a much better looking display than Galaxy A21, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a much better screen pixel density and a way higher resolution of 1440 x 2960. Samsung Galaxy Note8 features just a little better performance than Samsung Galaxy A21, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Samsung Galaxy Note8 also has 3 GB more RAM.
The Samsung Galaxy Note8 features a slightly bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy A21, because although it has an external memory slot that admits 256 GB smaller, it also counts with more internal memory. Galaxy Note8 shoots clearer photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy A21, because although it has a camera in the back with a lot lower resolution, it also counts with a larger back camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors, a larger aperture for better low light photos and video and a much better 3840x2160 video resolution.
Samsung Galaxy A21 counts with greater battery performance than Galaxy Note8, because it has a 4000mAh battery size.
Although Galaxy Note8 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Samsung Galaxy A21, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Samsung Galaxy A21. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Galaxy Note8, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy A21, giving up some specs and features.
