The Samsung Galaxy XCover 5 is a bit better than the Galaxy A21, getting a score of 78.1 against 76.1. The Samsung Galaxy XCover 5 construction is somewhat lighter but somewhat thicker than the Galaxy A21, and both of them were only released 9 months apart.
