Comparison review
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 is a bit better than Galaxy A21, getting a 76.6 score against 76.1. Both phones we compare here include the same Android 10 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't perceive any differences in that aspect. Although it's the best phone in this comparison, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 design is a bit thicker and just a bit heavier than Galaxy A21.
Samsung Galaxy A21 has a bit better processor than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9. They have the same number of cores and a 3 GB RAM memory. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has a bit more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy A21, and although they both have a same size display, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also has a greater pixel density and a way higher resolution of 1080 x 2340px.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 shoots much better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy A21, and although they both have the same diafragm aperture, the same 1920x1080 video quality and the same video frame rates, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also has a camera in the back with a lot higher 48 mega pixels resolution and a lot bigger back camera sensor capturing lot better quality videos and photographs.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 features a bit more storage for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy A21, because although it has a SD extension slot that admits 384 GB smaller, it also counts with more internal storage. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy A21, because it has 5020mAh of battery capacity.
Although Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Samsung Galaxy A21, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Samsung Galaxy A21. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, otherwise you can save some money and buy the Samsung Galaxy A21, letting go a couple features and specs.
