The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy A21, getting an 81.1 score against 76.1. These phones include the same Android 10 operating system. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is a just a little bit thicker and a little heavier cellphone than Samsung Galaxy A21. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro features a bit better processing unit than Galaxy A21, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also has a greater amount of RAM.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro counts with a little bit better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy A21, because it has a much better resolution of 1080 x 2400, a greater display pixels density and a bit bigger screen. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro shoots greater photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy A21, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not favorable for low-light photography, it also counts with a way larger sensor which provides a much better photo and video quality, a lot better video resolution and a camera in the back with lot more megapixels.

Although Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Galaxy A21, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy A21. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy A21, resigning some features and specifications.
