Huawei Nova 9 is a bit better than Galaxy A21s, having a overall score of 81 against 77.7. Both of these devices have Android OS, but the Huawei Nova 9 has a newer 11 version while Galaxy A21s has Android 10 version, so it gives some extra features and performance tweaks.
