Huawei P40 Pro has a general score of 88.2, which is better than the Samsung Galaxy A21s's score of 77.7. Both phones in this review come with the same Android 10 OS, so you shouldn't see any differences regarding operating system features. Huawei P40 Pro's design has the same thickness than the Samsung Galaxy A21s, but it is just a little heavier.
Huawei P40 Pro counts with a little bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy A21s, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Huawei P40 Pro also has more RAM.
