Both phones in our current comparison work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy A22 5G has 11 version while LG G7 ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie version. Even though Galaxy A22 5G is noticeably newer than LG G7 ThinQ, it is thicker and a lot heavier.
The LG G7 ThinQ has just a bit better performance than Galaxy A22 5G. Both have the same RAM amount and the same number of cores. The LG G7 ThinQ has a more vivid screen than Galaxy A22 5G, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a better 1440 x 3120 pixels resolution and a higher display density.
Galaxy A22 5G and LG G7 ThinQ count with incredibly similar cameras, because although the LG G7 ThinQ has a back facing camera with a lot worse resolution, it also counts with a larger aperture and a lot higher 3840x2160 video quality. The LG G7 ThinQ has more memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy A22 5G, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the LG G7 ThinQ also has a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The Samsung Galaxy A22 5G features a much better battery performance than LG G7 ThinQ, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
