Galaxy Note8 is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy A22, getting an 83 score against 76.1. Both of these phones have Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Note8 has a newer 9.0 Pie version while Samsung Galaxy A22 has Android 12, so it provides some nice extra features and performance optimizations. Even being the best in this review, it must be told that it's also incredibly older, a little thicker and just a little bit heavier.
Galaxy Note8 features a little faster CPU than Galaxy A22, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Note8 also has more RAM. Samsung Galaxy Note8 has a more vivid display than Galaxy A22, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a lot higher 1440 x 2960 pixels resolution and a lot more pixels per inch of display.
Galaxy A22 has a way bigger storage to install games and applications than Galaxy Note8, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal storage, the Galaxy A22 also has a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 1 TB. Galaxy Note8 has a superior battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy A22.
Samsung Galaxy Note8 shoots clearer photos and videos than Galaxy A22, because although it has a lot lower resolution camera in the back, it also counts with a bigger diafragm aperture to take better low light captures and videos and a lot higher 3840x2160 (4K) video quality.
