Comparison review
The Xperia XZ Premium is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy A22, getting a 79.8 score against 76.1. Even though the Xperia XZ Premium is much older and just a little bit heavier than Samsung Galaxy A22, it's body is still a bit thinner. Xperia XZ Premium has a much sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy A22, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a much better pixels quantity per display inch and a much higher resolution of 2160 x 3840.
Xperia XZ Premium counts with a little faster processor than Samsung Galaxy A22. They have the same RAM memory amount and 8 cores. Samsung Galaxy A22 counts with a way bigger memory to store more apps and games than Sony Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy A22 also has a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 1 TB.
Xperia XZ Premium shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Galaxy A22, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not good for taking photos and/or video in poorly lited situations and a camera in the back with a lot lower resolution, it also counts with a lot higher 3840x2160 video quality.
Xperia XZ Premium counts with a superior battery lifetime than Galaxy A22.
